One of the areas that affect women entrepreneurs and business professionals is stress. Sure, I know it’s not just these two groups (let’s remember add mothers, daughters, etc), and stress takes its toll across all aspects of the female experience. I like to put stress management into the personal development/self-care categories and recognize it as a major source of anxiety for all of us. So I did find it interesting to see this presentation from Kelly McGonigal called “How to Turn Stress Into an Advantage.” She starts of by asking: “If you could choose how stressful tomorrow will be, would you hope for a great deal of stress?”
